Issue Notification and Escalation
Use this form to notify board members and the webmaster of specific issues or to submit requests
for changing the way things run. To do so:
- Enter your email address. This way, people can get back to you about your issue.
- Select the type of message you want to send. This will determine who receives your message.
- If there's anything you'd like to add to clarify the Subject, type it into the Subject field.
- Put what you have to say in the Message field.
